Refund policy

Any sale items are not eligible for return. Additionally essential oils, any hair/skin products, and the Eclipse X Wub n Weave collection are not eligible for return.

We can accept all unworn jewelry, dresses, and bikinis/rave sets as long as the tags are still on and they are sent back in the zipped plastic bag they came in. Bikinis/rave sets must still have the hygiene liners on if they shipped with them. They must be shipped back within 10 days of their arrival date. If it comes without that, we won't be able to accept it for a return.

Returns will be exchanged for store credit only.

If you would like to exchange for a different size, you must place a return and reorder using store credit.
